Instructional facilities

Most of the training for Burdekin campus is delivered at Clare, which has a modern, air-conditioned 130-seat lecture theatre, classrooms, a conference/board room, resource centre with information and communication technology (ICT) and library facilities, multi-faceted engineering workshops and a Qsafe registered slaughterhouse.

Resource centre

The information and communication technology (ICT) and library centre encourages students to utilise the internet and e-based resources for their research, study and communication needs. There is also a comprehensive range of study resources to support training needs.

The library provides access to books, industry journals, newspapers and audio-visual materials and a quiet study area for students. Professional assistance is also available from the centre’s librarian.
